About IIT-JEE

It is the dream of the parent to see their children launch their career as a professional. Engineering is one of them. In this arena, India has already experienced mushrooming of engineering colleges. However, the IITs are the vanguard and getting the admission is the coveted dream, for an engineering degree from the IITs carries the weight and assurance of the best job in the industry with the best pay, perk, position and facilities. Getting the admission into the IITs is an uphill task, the IIT-JEE being one of the most difficult examination. Now, the pattern of examination has been changed into two phase, i.e. 

Phase-I :    Preliminary examination, generally conducted in the month of April and

Phase-II :   Main examination, conducted in the month of May every year. 

This has made the test more tought. 

It is observed that the main features of the entrance test (IIT-JEE) are the unpredictability

Because of the question paper and frequent changes in the pattern every year. Secondly, the type of questions never permit the students to be confined in any specific books / materials and question asked do not form the verbatim reproduction of the book. Hence a student’s own ability and clarity of concepts can only be instrumental to get through  .to succeed  in IIT entrance examination sincerity, timely application of methods, in depth study and alertness are essential. Thus it is the choice of different and distinction. 

The preparation should not be the mechanical memorization of problems and solution from different books. It should be the development of  the creative ability to apply the knowledge in time and in practical field. Conceptual clarity, well structured plan of studies, hard practice and professional guidance- all this factors count in one’s success in the competition. Selection of books and materials, pear groups and a good coaching institution matter much of preparation.
