Early Lead Plus is a specially designed course programme for the class - XII/+2 science students who are continuing their studies in school/ colleges. Lots of students are highly over burdened in this phase as compared to other phase that comes on their way in their entire academic career. Several reasons attribute to their over burdeness. As a serious science student, he runs from pillar to post to procure studies, attends classes, takes private coaching attends practical and extra classes etc in several places to equip himself/herself. He attends his home work and prepares his school lessons along with private tuitions. He is under tremendous pressure for his career examination as a result he hardly finds strength to prepare for any entrance examinations due to over expenditure of time in attending tuitions at different places. Looking into the pressure and burden of these students, continuing their studies in school and colleges, PTPL has designed a novel course that prepares the students to write their entrance examinations with confidence and to bring home the desired result. This course is named as Early Lead Plus in which the summer vacation is fully utilized to make the burden of the students less. This ensures them the ability and mental make up to gather strength to prepare for HT-JEE with openness. Unlike other courses this course commences from the month of May and continues for a period of one year. During this one year period the student is given exclusive guidance, practice, teaching, orientation etc. for IIT-JEE and he/she is tutored for his/her career examination too. The entrance coaching along with the course curriculum of the School/College is monitored in three phases known as Cycles.

The cycle- I is completely devoted to the completion of the syllabus of the School/College, conceptual clarity over the text that a student prepares for his carrier examination along with IIT-JEE and the programme continues for a period of six months. In order to facilitate the student, study material prepared by the expert faculties of PTPL in the book form 5 books in each subject and 15 books in total) are provided. In addition to this the student is provided with basic assignment for IIT-JEE. Besides daily test in every class the student is exposed to weekly test for their carrier examination and monthly test examination for IIT-JEE. The continuous assessment makes the student sincere, diligent and his mental horizon widens.

The cycle -II continues for a period of four months with the usual break for the career examination is

meant for advance level studies that is for exclusive preparation for IIT-JEE entrance examination.

Advance level assignment is provided to the student for their practice to be tested in the monthly test. In this cycle also weekly and monthly tests are held as regular feature and daily test is held in every theory classes, targeting to AIEEE which is followed by analysis and appraisal classes.

The cycle -III is again meant for good practice, revision of the whole text, removal of doubts, mock test for IIT-JEE, increased number of practice class along with doubt clearing sessions. This course has been made full proof to nurture the continuing students in their higher secondary classes.
